It is the policy of the Bank to adhere to the requirements set forth in Reg. P. As a financial service provider we recognize and respect that our customers expect and deserve privacy of all confidential information that has been entrusted to us. We have established policies and procedures to protect the confidentiality of information about all our customers who obtain products and services from us. These practices apply equally to both current and former customers. We maintain standards to ensure that the information is used only for appropriate business reasons in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We are committed to providing the highest level of security and privacy regarding the collection and use of our customers’ personal information, as well as personal information of all consumers who visit our institution and Website.
In compliance with Regulation P, Yadkin Valley Bank and Trust Company (the Bank) and affiliates provides an initial Privacy Notice to all new customers at the time a new banking relationship is established. A notice is mailed to all customers annually and the notice is provided on the bank’s Website.
The notice applies to consumers who obtain financial products or services for personal, family or household purposes.
